Return policy

Thank you so much for shopping with B.A.L.D.  While we stand behind the quality of our merchandise, damage due to buyer's own use and/or negligence will not be accepted for return, only for repairs.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must make your return within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a store credit only. 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the ordered merchandise. In order to make a return you must contact us first at info@baldjewelry.com  to receive your Return Authorization Number. Please provide us with the reason for your return in the email. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Once we have returned your email with the Return Authorization Number (RA #) it's time to send us back your purchase. When returning your purchase please return item(s)  in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.  The Return Authorization Number (RA #) should be written clearly on the outside of box.

B.A.L.D is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise is damaged in return shipping, therefore we suggest that you insure all parcels and pack them properly. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. B.A.L.D does not accept damaged merchandise due to shipping. No Return will be issued for merchandise returned in USED or DAMAGED condition.. Shipping Charges are non-refundable and are the customers responsibility. 

Once we receive your returned purchase we will email you your Store Credit to be used for your next purchase.

All special/custom ordered jewelry (ie. brides and bridal parties) is non-refundable and may not be returned.
